The CECOM Rapid Response 3RD Generation (R23G) Program streamlines the acquisition process, enabling any Federal agency to quickly obtain the engineering and manufacturing support needed for new and existing weapon systems, subsystems, platforms, communications, electronic warfare, and information systems. Software, Networks, Information, Modeling and Simulation Technical Area Tasks (TATs), or SNIM, is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract for Research & Development (R&D) and/or Advisory & Assistance Services related to R&D efforts. It includes the following focus areas of interest: Information Assurance, Software Data & Analysis, Knowledge Management & Information Sharing and Modeling and Simulation. Network-Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2) Enterprise Integration and Service Management (EISM), Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) – (Subcontractor to DRC)
The U.S. Air Force's Network Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2) contract consists of a collection of acquisitions that will replace the current NETCENTS contract vehicle with eight separate indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The total value of NETCENTS-2 is $24+ billion over a seven-year period with the first awards expected in the third quarter of 2010.
R--Operations, Planning, Training and Resource Support Services II (OPTARSS II) with Microtech
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center Fort McPherson (formerly ACA Southern Region Contracting Center-East) intends to solicit offerors to re-compete the Operations, Planning, Training, and Resource Support Services (OPTARSS) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts. OPTARSS II will be solicited through separate Request for Proposals (RFPs); W911SE-08-R-0019 as full and open competition (unrestricted suite) and W911SE-08-R-0020 as a total set-aside for small business (restricted suite). Both RFPs will solicit services to provide Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) mobilization and deployment planning, and execution in support of the military. These services provide the infrastructure necessary to promote Army readiness and ensure that commanders have the ability to operate systematically, strategically, and skillfully when supporting the defense of our country.
