Exceptional Capabilities that Span the SeaPort-e Functional Areas
Lunarline is proud to expand our partnership with the United States Navy through the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. Lunarline's SeaPort-e contract covers all 22 Functional Areas in Zones 1-6.
SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) made electronic procurement of engineering, technical and programmatic support services at NAVSEA a reality. The Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) have decided to leverage the successes and efficiencies of the SeaPort-e business model by designating SeaPort-e the vehicle of choice for services in 22 Functional Areas spanning the spectrum of engineering, financial management, information technology and program management services.
All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.
To enhance our ability to provide exceptional support to the Navy we have partnered with three companies: CACI, Highbury Defense Group and Athena Consulting Group. Each of our partners have their own prime contract awards under SeaPort-e. They have proven past performance providing exceptional support that spans all Functional Areas. Commitment to Quality Delivery
As evidence of Lunarline's commitment to quality delivery we maintain an ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System. At no cost to the Government, our SeaPort-e Program Management Office (PMO) includes a dedicated Quality Control Manager (QCM). Our QCM will be responsible for developing and executing Task Order-specific quality assurance plans. They will continually monitor performance against the acceptance criteria, conduct internal audits, identify the root causes of variances from the acceptance criteria and work with appropriate client stakeholders to address any issue.
